The Safe Haven Outreach Ministry, Inc. family is sending their heartfelt condolescenses to the family of Tarsha Jackson. Tarsha was a 16-year old young lady in our community who parted this life on December 29, 2012 after succumbing to her injuries from a Hit-and-Run accident that occurred on New York Ave. and 1st St., NW on December 28, 2012.
