APRA Certification
Safe Haven Outreach Ministry, Inc. proudly announces that on July 23, 2012, the Addiction Prevention Recovery Administration (APRA) awarded the agency a three (3) year certifcation to continue providing residential substance abuse treament services in the District of Columbia.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
Also in the month of July, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) awarded Safe Haven Outreach Ministry, Inc. with funding for year five (5). This will allow Safe Haven Outreach Ministry, Inc. the ability to continue providing long-term (120 days) residential substance abuse treatment to African American women, who are at-risk or living with HIV/AIDS.

Annual Client Graduation/Employee Awards Ceremony
The 2012 Safe Haven Outreach Ministry, Inc. Annual Client Graduatiuon/Employee Awards Ceremony will be held on November 9, 2012 at 5:30pm until 7:30pm. The location is 1140 North Capitol St., NW 1st Floor Community Room, Washington, DC 20002. At this time, Safe Haven Outreach Ministry, Inc. will pay special tribute to its' graduates, employees and community partners. Stay tuned for pictures, testimonies and comments.
