District residents who are singly-or-multiply diagnosed are welcome to receive services by way of Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) for admission to Safe Haven's 28 days residential substance use treatment, which is governed by Department of Behavioral Health, in accordance with the D.C Municipal regulations of Chapter 63.

Additionally, Safe Haven offers structured Transitional Housing Services for individuals, who have successfully completed 28-60 days of residential substance abuse treatment.
